We offer a wide range of personal training services that can be tailored to suit your requirements. You don't necessarily need to be in a gym to work out! Whether you like training in your own home or in a local park when the weather is nice, we can arrange sessions to suit you. We also have access to a Personal Training only gym space if you are uncomfortable in a full gym environment but want access to equipment that you just can't get at home!

Programme Design

Personally tailored 8-week training programme selecting specific exercises and training methodologies to hit your individual goals. Includes an initial consultation meeting to discuss goals and objectives of the programme, to identify any muscular imbalances and establish range of motion through testing. Also includes 8, once a week 1/2 hour online consultations to discuss progress and make any necessary amendments to the programme £180 .

About me

I am a personal trainer based in Winklebury, Basingstoke, and I am really passionate about helping people get active and improve their quality of life.

When I was younger, I used to hate being active and exercising, but I got to the point where I knew I had to make some changes for my health. It was an overwhelming feeling trying to improve my fitness whilst having no idea what to do!

I slowly started to learn more and more, and the key moment for me was when I found activities I loved and enjoyed doing. It turned exercise from a chore into a hobby, and later, my passion.

In 2017, I decided to take it one step further and enroll in a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 2 Gym Instructing course, later followed by a REPS Level 3 course in Personal Training which i successfully completed in 2019.

Now I know so much more about physical activity and training methods, I want to help others find activities and exercises that they enjoy to improve their health and fitness - and so my business "Find Your Fitness" was born!
